ALUNA RUM ICED TEA
Fresh, thirst-quenching… a bit naughty. Our Aluna Rum iced tea is perfect for a party.
- 45ml Aluna Rum
- 15ml agave syrup
- 15ml lime juice
- 60ml Cold fruit tea (we love peach and raspberry, but that's just us!)
Combine the Aluna Rum, agave and lime juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously until the drink is chilled. Strain into a tall glass filled with crushed ice and garnish with a slice of lime.
ALUNA BAY MOJITO
If you’re after something a little less sweet than a typical mojito try our take, made with bay leaves it’s got an alluring herbal kick.
- 60ml Aluna Rum
- 2 tsp caster sugar
- 2 dried bay leaves
- 3 fresh bay leaves
- Soda water to top
Make the bay sugar by blitzing the sugar and the 2 dried bay leaves in a food processor until you get a fine, light green powder. Place into a high-ball and mix with the Aluna Rum. Top with crushed ice, the remaining bay leaves and a splash of soda water.
ALUNA RUM WITH CORIANDER AND LEMON
Less a cocktail, and more of an infusion this is a great way to end dinner as a digestive (or a shot as we call it). Serves 4-6.
- 200ml Aluna Rum
- 2 heaped tbsp. coriander seeds, toasted
- half a lemon sliced
- Agave syrup to taste
Simply combine all the ingredients and allow to infuse for a couple of hours in the fridge. Serve cold in a shot glass.
